Development Exit Bridge
FLEXIBLE DEVELOPMENT EXIT BRIDGING FROM CLAYDON
HILL CAPITAL
A development exit bridge is a type of loan that
is used to repay the existing development lender.
In situations where clients have a limited
marketing period left on their development
facility, these facilities allow our clients more
flexibility in the sales cycle. As well as
extending the sales cycle our exit providers
allow any capital raised over and above the
current development facility to be pulled out as
equity for further projects. Claydon Hill has
access to exit loans from 3 months to 24 months
depending on how many units need to be sold
while also providing term loans for properties
that will be retained. The costs associated with
an exit bridge are often much lower than that of
the development lender with rates starting from
0.45.
