• STORAGE

• We are building out 2 storage facilities in
  Moraine and will be offering VIP Services! The
  facilities will have security, cameras monitoring
  them, and you will have an access code to get in
  and out at your convenience.

• OIL CHANGES

• We offer chassis generator oil change service
  for both gas and diesel RVs. We only use FULL
  SYNTHETIC OIL and we will inspect all air
  filters and all other fluids, and will top off
  anything your unit needs. We can also hit all
  the grease points on your front end.

• DETAILING

• We can professionally detail your RV prior to
  your trip or take care of it on the back-end. Bug
  removal, exterior wash and wax as well as
  sanitize the entire inside with Steri-Fab. Well
  also touch up any normal wear and tear scratches
  on the inside with our professional interior
  detailing tools.

• FURNACE

• Servicing your furnace should be conducted once a
  year, or every six months if used frequently.
  Included in the inspection is the checking of the
  propane connections and wiring, cleaning of the
  intake/exhaust pipes and checking for any water
  damage.

• WATER HEATER

• Servicing of the water heater should be conducted
  once a year or more often if used frequently.
  This inspection includes cleaning out the water
  tank, checking for leaks, and inspection of all
  wires and connections. In addition, we remove
  all debris accumulated around the water heater.

• Winterizing your RV should be done before the
  temperatures drop below 33 degrees. We flush out
  the water heater, pressurize the water lines,
  empty the freshwater tanks, and add anti-freeze.

• ROOF LEAKS

• We do a complete inspection of your roof
  including the checking of all attachments on the
  roof such as A/C units, satellite dishes and
  skylights. We will also inspect all interior
  areas where leaks could be concealed such as
  inside cabinets and drawers, behind furniture and
  wall hangings, and in light fixtures.

• We test your propane tank for leaks in the
  regulator, hoses, refrigerator, gas stove and
  water heater.
