• History of COVID 10 months back

• There was diffuse ground glass,
  peribronchovascular distribution of the disease
  No fibrosis ,no traction bronchiectasis No
  architectural distortion There was homogenous
  involvement of both lung fields this favors NSIP
  Not enough air trapping probably due to
  collapsed lung due to bilateral pneumothorax
