  premier-rated call that charges you high. Thats
  one way used by scammers to trick you into their
  scam.
• Recorded Message Scam
• Some scammers send a recorded message to victims
  asking them to make another call to claim their
  gifts, vouchers, or prizes. The other call might
  be premier-rated, and the gift might be just
  baiting to trick people into the scam.
