The knee joint is one of the most versatile joint
of the body and bear a lot of weight as well as
large responsibility for the ability to move,
There are a lot of moving parts in the joint from
ligament cartilage to muscles and the bone, knee
joint is one of the most prone join to injuries
as it can become damaged either from the injury
or from any kind of wear and tear along with the
age and activity. Which makes it very difficult
to stay active and enjoy the life at the fullest
but any kind of knee injuries and pain.
Pain in the knee joint is often caused by either
any one time acute injury or the repetitive
motions that stress out the joint over the time
particularly along with the growing age. The most
common reasons for the painful knee joints
include inflammation that is generally caused by
improper lifting of heavy objects, bad posture,
poor flexibility of the joint, weakness in the
muscles, high impact fitness routine without
warmup or any other structural knee problem such
as ligaments damaged cartilages and arthritis.
Here are some of the preventive knee care tips
that can help to avoid injuries and increase knee
health-

1) Eat healthy anti-inflammatory
diet- Information can damage the joints and the
diet play and important role in amount of
information present in the body of an individual,
all kind of processed food that are usually made

joints and muscles. Try to maintain strong core
muscles muscles of the abdomen and lower back
which promotes good posture and lessons the
pressure on the joint which can help to prevent
pain and other problems of the knee joint.
4) Wear proper shoes- Bearing proper comfortable
supporting shoes can help to release the pressure
of the knee joint by promoting proper alignment
of the leg and promoting balance. When the heels

to work harder to hold the proper posture that's
why wearing proper shoes can help in preventing

5) Exercise regularly- Try exercising regularly
for at least 40 to 45 minutes a day as exercising
can help you to maintain proper joint health and
increase the strength of muscles and bones,
health benefits of exercising are endless.
Decreasing the activity level or being lethargic
can lead to weakness of the joints which can
increase the chances of injury to the joint and
the supporting muscles, start with light
exercises like swimming or walking once exercise
become a daily routine try including weight
bearing exercises for strengthening of the
muscles always take care of the proper posture
and warm up before exercising or lifting heavy
weights. Read training can support the knee joint
and avoid injuries by working out with weights.
