Create Your First Online Fitness Training in 5
Easy Steps

  • So, are you ready to create your first online
fitness training and nutrition coaching in
    Crunches and curves?!
  • Where to start? There are many ways and
    techniques to get started.
  • Let me show you what works best for me when it
comes to planning and creating client programs.
  • With each new client I hire, I take the following
    steps

3
Intake form.
  • Feed Form Initially, after the client has signed
up, I ask them to fill out a detailed intake form
in which I ask about their objectives, current
fitness level, fitness experience with specific
    equipment, nutritional habits, sleep habits,
current or previous training plan, And so on.
  • To get a better idea of ??how I can help this
    client.

4
30-minute call.
  • The 30-minute phone call is to go to the intake
form, ask me any questions about the intake form,
and go to the objectives and how we will set up
the first phase of their training program.
  • Our Fitness Programs
  • - Lifestyle Program
  • - Shredded Program
  • - Bigger Stronger Program
  • - Women Bikini Program
  • - Women Toned Program

5
Create Personalized Program.
  • Create one-of-a-kind programs because I sell
personalized programs to my high-ticket online
training clients, I rarely use Crunches and
    curves' master program feature.
  • If you are running a more generalized program, I
go to the client's profile on the Crunches and
curve website and start creating program there.
  • To ensure their full commitment, all my new
clients sign up for at least three months to get
started with me and I create the program in three
    phases from start to finish.
  • However, in the second and third stages, I will
have to go frequently and change some exercise or
    repetition categories based on results,
    compliance, and feedback.

6
  • It's easier for me to plan three months at a time
than to create a new program every month.
  • When I am in the client's account, I create three
    stages with corresponding start dates.
  • I add instant check-in dates, reminders for photo
    uploads, three-month progress measurements, and
habit reminders that we'll work three months into
    their calendar.
  • Then I start creating the program by adding and
creating each exercise individually and saving it
    during the training phase.
  • Clients will only be able to view workouts during
their current training phase, so don't worry if
you need to make changes to periodic programs
    starting later.

7
Put the workouts on the calendar.
  • Keep workouts on the calendar.
  • I schedule after completing all the workouts in
the client's calendar (usually recurring for the
length of their training phase on any given day).
  • It's easy to set up recurring or drag-and-drop
workouts on a specific day as needed.
  • After that, let the client know that their
    workouts are ready!

8
Inform the Client.
  • Communicate with the Client upon completion, I
notify the client that their workouts are ready.
  • I always use it as a testing week with new
clients I've never worked with before.
  • Even though I designed personalized workouts
plans for them, I'm still open to client feedback
on the length of the workouts (how long it took
to complete), the difficulty level, the specific
exercises that cause pain, or the need for form
    review.

9
  • If you're new to Crunches and Curve, it may seem
    overwhelming at first.
  • Once you start creating client programs it is
    very easy.
  • There are many things you can do to make your
life easier while training a client, such as
developing a master program tailored to each
client based on available equipment, objectives,
    or experience.
  • The most important thing to remember is to do
what is best for you and your client to get the
best results from your services! I hope this
helps you get started with Crunches and Curves
    training programs!
