WeCare is a Pakistan-based healthcare startup
business that was founded in 2020. We pride
ourselves on providing the online services of
pharmacies, doctors, hospitals, and laboratories
all across the country. There is no doubt in the
convenience and ease of availing medical services
that WeCare provides its customers.

entered the market that provides all the medical

and flexible healthcare system involving 4 key
modules. Our product helps health workers and
general users/patients to streamline the process
of promoting medical services without any delay.
This product is also cloud-based, which means
that users wont have to worry about their
personal data or payment details.

WeCare has two main competitors, namely, Oladoc
Inc. and Hayaat.PK. Oladoc Inc. is known to have
provided healthcare services that are limited to
doctors, hospitals, and labs (Leaving pharmacies
behind). On the other hand, Hayaat.PK is an
established healthcare platform founded in 2017
that has all the healthcare features but
location-based pharmacy recommendations to ease
the process for general users and patients.

Strategy
WeCare will hire marketers to manage its blog
posts and social media channels. It will also use
email marketing to get more subscribers to use
the product. Additionally, it will also use
video content marketing through YouTube and other
social media platforms where customers can see
the ads. WeCare will also use target review
sites, so the customers can check its quality.
