Anemia is the condition, in which the body
doesn't have enough healthy red blood cells.
Anemia is generally caused by blood loss,
distracted red blood cells or the body's
inability to create enough RBC. 
The most common type of anaemia in the human body
is the iron deficiency anaemia. RBC contains a
protein called hemoglobin, hemoglobin is
responsible For transferring oxygen in the blood
from the lungs to the tissue, haemoglobin is full
of iron and without sufficient iron body can't
make enough hemoglobin it need to create enough
RBC to deliver oxygen rich blood throughout the
body. 
Deficiency of folic acid and vitamin b12 can also
impact the body's ability to make RBC. To deal
with the Anemia a diet rich in iron, vitamin b
and vitamin C is important.

Anemia diet plan
The best diet plan for anaemia includes the food
which are rich in iron and other vitamins which
are essential introduction of RBC and hemoglobin,
the diet should also complain force that helps
body to absorb iron better. 
Report say that at least 150 to 200 mg of
elemental iron daily is required in the treatment
plans of anaemia.
