Michael Landis (Historian) has the expertise of a
historian, educator and author. Currently, he is
handling two very interesting positions.

One is being the Communications Director and
Public Programs Manager for the Saratoga County
History Center (Ballston Spa, NY) while the other
is being a Research Associate at Skidmore College
(Saratoga Springs, NY).

experienced in his field and has a good amount of
knowledge.

Just to recount his achievement, Northern Men
with Southern Loyalties The Democratic Party and
the Sectional Crisis, was one of the first books
which was published by Cornell University Press
in 2014.

has an entire list of peer-reviewed articles,
papers and book chapters on which he put in a lot
of hard work. Michael Landis (Historian) has a
