  technologies have been developed to increase the
  efficiency of creating this fuel. The major
  advances in these technologies have been
  published recently and they are being tested in
  various places around the world. One of the most
  important innovations is the use of biomass as a
  source of energy which not only replaces fossil
  fuels but can also produce much more fuel per
  unit of energy than fossil fuels.
