David Alessi (Vegas)earned his bachelor's degree
from Cal Poly Pomona in 1990 and his law degree
from the University of La Verne School of Law in
1998. In 1998, he was a visiting student at
Pepperdine School of Law and studied at the
Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.

David Alessi (Lawyer)began his career in the HOA
market as a Community Manager (CAM) with Real
Support Management in Malibu, California, from
1999 to 2001. In 2001, he relocated to Las Vegas
under challenging circumstances and founded
Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC), which he still
runs today.

Within three years, David Alessi (Vegas)had built
the largest HOA assessment collection trustee
company in the entire state of Nevada. In 2004,
he expanded his business by forming Alessi
Koenig, a law practice. Within five years, the
law firm had handled 700-800 HOAs in Nevada and
California, representing over a quarter of a
million residents, making it the state's largest
HOA assessment collection law firm.

Over the last two decades, the firm has
registered over a million liens on behalf of
thousands of HOA clients, resulting in over 100
million in collections. Who's Who magazine
published an article about him. David Alessi
(Lawyer)led training sessions for HOA managers to
get Nevada Real Estate Division licensure credits
(NRED).

In addition, David Alessi Las Vegas HOA Lawyer
has made significant contributions to
environmental, animal welfare, and children's
organisations.

In two years, David Alessi (Vegas)also launched
the HOA management company Nevada Community
Supervision (NCM), which grew from 45 to 180 HOAs
under management. It has 50 employees and manages
25,000 houses, making Nevada's most prominent
locally family-owned and run HOA management
company.
