About Us

• Wood has traditionally been used for centuries in
  the preparation, packaging, storage, and
  transportation of goods. Our wood engineering
  approach to creating packaging solutions enables
  us to provide our clients with products that are
  not only easy to pack, transport, and handle but
  also effective at preserving and protecting their
  cargo.
• Established in May 1998 at Vapi (Gujarat), India,
  WOOD PAKER (WP) is an ISO 90012015 certified
  manufacturer and supplier of wood packaging
  materials. It has an Intergovernmental Panel on
  Climate Change (IPCC) recognized production
  facility and in-house FHAT plant that complies
  with the ISPM15 norms for exports and a SAWMILL
  licensed by the FOREST department.

Pine Wood

• We import superior quality pinewood logs from New
  Zealand which is a renewable resource that is
  durable and resistant to decay and rot, to
  manufacture export quality packaging products.

Country Wood

• Due to its high shear strength and good tensile
  strength, Jungle Wood is another prominently used
  timber for wooden packaging in India. A
  high-density wood with good load-bearing capacity
  it is also durable and offers high resistance to
  nail and screw withdrawal forces which makes it a
  good choice for heavy industrial packaging.
• An amalgam of jack wood, mango wood, etc, Jungle

Heat-treated pallets

• Heat Treatment of solid wood product's main
  purpose is to prevent international transport and

• In a heat treat chamber, our wood pallets are
  heated to a core temperature that will ensure the
  safety and cleanliness of your pallets. Our
  pallet experts monitor the whole process to
  ensure the quality of the pallet is not comprised
  in any way during the process, and that pallets
  are treated for the optimal time.
• Our IPPC heat-treated pallets are safer to use
  than chemically treated pallets and adhere to the
  strictest ISPM-15 heat treatment standards.

Euro Pallet

• The Euro pallet, also called EUR pallet or EPAL
  pallet is an exchangeable transport pallet
  conforming to DIN EN 13698 standard part 1, which
  can be used within the Euro pool replacement
  system worldwide.
• Euro pallets are the same over the world,
  according to UIC (International Union of
  Railways) standard and therefore the EPAL
  (European Pallet Association) guidelines.
• The pallet is sometimes known as a four-way
  pallet since it may be lifted and carried from
