Nearly everyone is suffering from anxiety
nowadays. Anxiety can trigger you anywhere and at
any point in time. For example, you might feel

facing stress and tensions due to the changing
scenarios in business and work life. However,
these stress and tensions should not interfere
with your activities of daily routine. But when
worry begins to interfere with the ability to
perform daily activities, it has taken the shape
of a disorder. Anxiety disorder is the most
common type of mental illness that is being faced
by people all across the globe. Each year nearly
