Aluminium Plates And Its Properties

Description:

Aluminium sheets, also known as aluminium plates, are made by pressing and rolling basic raw-form aluminium into panel shape under high pressure. It's light (it's about 1/3 the weight of iron and copper) and easy to work with. Ductile (it's simple to manipulate into different shapes and can be treated in a variety of ways) Conductive materials (it has a higher thermal and electrical conductivity) Corrosion resistance (this characteristic can be improved with special coatings). Title: Aluminium Plates And Its Properties

1
Aluminium Plates And Its Properties
  • Aluminium sheets, also known as aluminium plates,
are made by pressing and rolling basic raw-form
aluminium into panel shape under high pressure.
It's light (it's about 1/3 the weight of iron and
copper) and easy to work with. Ductile (it's
simple to manipulate into different shapes and
can be treated in a variety of ways) Conductive
materials (it has a higher thermal and electrical
    conductivity) Corrosion resistance (this
characteristic can be improved with special
    coatings).

5052 H32 Aluminium Plate
  • ALUMINIUM PLATE 5052 H32 is a high-strength alloy
and one of the most widely used non-heat treated
grades. Due to their superior characteristics and
qualities, the plates are widely appreciated and
utilised in a variety of industries and
applications. Furthermore, this alloy has a
greater fatigue strength and is resistant to salt
water corrosion and the maritime environment.

5083 Aluminium Plate
  • ALUMINIUM PLATE 5083 aluminium alloy is
well-known for its outstanding performance under
extreme conditions. The compound has the highest
    resilience to saltwater and manufacturing
artificial conditions of all the non-heat
treatable alloys, however it is not recommended
for usage in temperatures exceeding 65C.

6082 T6 Aluminium Plate
  • ALUMINIUM PLATE 6082 T6 is an alloy made up of
silicon, manganese, and aluminium that has good
general properties. This grade has strong overall
corrosion resistance and is extremely durable
when used in harsh environments. Rolling and
extrusion processes are used in the manufacturing
process. This grade can only be utilised at
somewhat high temperatures, where it has strong
strength and performance but is less ductile.
