Psychotherapy is often known as talk therapy. In
which a person is allowed to spare some time with
the specialists to discuss their problem. From

Psychotherapy for Depression
Cognitive Therapy- Cognitive therapy will affect
a person's emotions. When you need something or
have something it will give a good feeling, but
if you don't have that you will be having some
negative thoughts in your mind. Psychotherapy in
pune can really help you to deal with the kind of
depression they have in their life. Behavioral
Therapy- Cognitive therapy is focused on the
negative thoughts which might be caused due to
the state of depression, whereas the behavioral
therapy is focused on the changing behaviors that
affect emotions. If a person is feeling very
distracted on a place and that leads to a
behavioral change it is better that a person is
away from that place.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy  A person can have
both disorders like behavioral and cognitive and
that can be caused because of depression and
anxiety disorders, the two are often combined in
an approach called cognitive behavioral therapy
(CBT). CBT usually focuses on addressing the
negative thought patterns and the behaviors that
contribute to depression. Dialectical Behavior
Therapy It is also based on the CBT but it
slightly differs on the individuals with
depression to acknowledge and accept their
negative thoughts and behaviors. Through the
practice of validation, one comes to know how to
overcome their negative emotions, learn to cope
with stress and regulate their reactions, and
effectively work with their relationships.

Psychodynamic Therapy Psychodynamic therapy is
also known as psychoanalytic therapy. It actually
assumes that depression can cause unresolved,
usually unconscious, conflicts because of the
trauma they have in their childhood. The main
goal of this therapy is to work on the emotions,
including contradictory and troubling ones, and
help the person to tolerate the situations that
are happening in their life. Interpersonal
Therapy  Interpersonal conflict and poor social
support can also cause a kind of depression. This
therapy focuses on the skills of a person who has
the problem to socially behave with other people
and show up for some events that have people
