LET'S TALK ABOUT RACISM AT WORK.

I explained why I have shifted from talking about
my move to Mexico, solo travel and relocation
abroad to hostile work environments and
coaching. Its not that I no longer care about
those things I do. But I see a clear connection
between my ability to rapidly relocate abroad and
solo travel to my Mindset and Money.

I WANT IS TO HELP MORE OF US FIND THE MONEY AND
THE MINDSET THAT MAKE THESE LIFE CHANGES POSSIBLE.
My rapid relocation to Mexico happened because
two things where in place Money and Mindset. I
worked with a Black woman coach who helped get my
mind right and set the intention to put my
happiness and peace of mind first. BUT, without
the MONEY to make the move it could not have
happened as quickly as it did.

I exited a job that no longer served my interests
and I had the resources i.e. the MONEY to make
the move rapidly. Many of US are in jobs with
toxic work cultures and hostile work
environments. And those workplaces can be the
means of finding the MONEY to make our lives
better.

THAT HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT COULD VERY WELL BE
YOUR TICKET TO FREEDOM.
I want us to recognize it when it happens,
recognize a hostile work environment when it
exists and do the work necessary to negotiate our
exits with our coin. Our USD dinero. I created
