In case you injure yourself and feel the pain,
discontinue doing any strenuous physical activity
that may worsen the pain.

Ice
When you injure your muscle it usually swells up
and causes inflammation. To lessen that, you can
apply ice by wrapping it in a towel or use an ice
gel pack up to three times a day.

Compression
Wrapping the affected area with a bandage helps
in reducing the swelling that may occur. However,
ensure that it is not too tight as it may worsen
the swelling.

Elevation
  • Place the injured area at an elevated position
    while applying ice, as it helps reduce swelling
    and pain, while allowing it to heal faster.

Pain relief spray
  • For joint pain relief, you could apply gel for
    muscle pain around the affect area. Doing so can
    provide instant comfort from the pain you might
    be experiencing.
