for any repair. The tools in the kit differ from
user to user but the basic tools remain the
    same.

  • Hand Tools
  • Hand tools are essential in daily routine life to
complete many tasks related to technical work
where machines, equipment, appliances are used.
They are used for many purposes making the work
    easy, convenient, and safe.
  • Hand tools make the work easy, it lessens the
effort you need to make to do some work. They are
necessary to get the work done that is not
    possible just with bare hands.
  • The different types of hand tools are,
  • Storage Trolleys
  • Grease Pump
  • Vernier Calipers

Non-Sparking Tools Tools made of metals such as
brass, bronze, Monel metal, copper-aluminium
alloys are called Non-sparking tools or
spark-proof tools. Generally, hand tools are
manufactured using steel alloys, but non-sparking
metals have less tensile strength than steels
used in manufacturing tools. The meaning of lower
tensile strength means that the metal has less
strength or resistance to tear apart under test
conditions.  Non-sparking tools sometimes
generate cold sparks, having a low heat level
that is incapable of igniting carbon disulphide.
It lowers the risk of a spark but does not
eliminate it completely. Wood, leather, and
plastic are non-metals that are suitable for
some non-sparking tools like shovels, scrapers,
or scoops.   Non-sparking tools provide
protection against fires and explosions in
environments where there is a concern about
sparks igniting flammable solvents, vapours,
liquids, dust, or residues.
