FORMING TECHNOLOGY

Sheet Metal Processing Lines

Corner Forming Machines

• Our sheet metal corner forming machine is used
  throughout the world in the fabrication of
  different parts, like panels, doors, or road
  signs. The new tooling design allows former
  corners in any flange height in connection with
  any material thickness up to 5 mm. The former
  corner radius can be determined from 2 mm up to
  100 mm. Special former corner angles from 60 up
  to 150 are formable on our specific tools.

Bending Machine

Folding Machines

Plate Rolling

• A plate rolling machine is a machine that will
  roll different kinds of metal sheet into a round
  or conical shape. It can be also called a roll
  bending machine.
• There are different kinds of technology to roll
  the metal plate
• Four-roller machines have a top roll, the
  pinching roll, and two side rolls.
• The flat metal plate is placed in the machine on
  either side and "pre-bent" on the same side. The
  side rolls do the work of bending. The pinching
  roll holds the plate.
• Three-roller machines (variable pitch aka
  variable geometry) have one pressing top roll and
  two pressing side rolls.
