of an artificial tooth or teeth on a bridge or
denture.

Subperiosteal Implant In cases where the
patient doesnt have a healthy natural jawbone or
enough height to their jawbone or doesnt want to
go through a bone augmentation procedure,
Subperiosteal Implants are suggested. Unlike the
endosteal implant, a metal frame is fitted onto
the jawbone just under the gum tissue in this
type of dental implant. Types of Dental
Implants Materials Titanium and zirconia are the
main type of dental implant material. Among this
titanium is most commonly used dental implant
material this is because biocompatibility and the
two pieces system enabling customizable implant
procedures.
