    the world today. A lot of people are suffering
    due to this which is leading to a lot of health
    problems. To understand the concept of obesity
    one must understand the root cause of this
    problem. The main reasons include the sleep
    cycle, habits of eating, and several diseases
    including PCOD/PCOS, Thyroid, etc. Therefore, to
    avoid these problems weight loss should be
    considered an important part of life.

    hydrated and thus helps in glowing of skin.
  • Eat a healthy and balanced diet required by the
    body for its metabolism. The diet should include
    all the healthy components and easily digestible.
  • Make nuts a part of your meal as these nuts are
    the most enriched and flooded with nutrients
    which helps the body to be energetic.
  • Practice Yoga and do exercises at home in an open
    space to take enough oxygen and make the blood
