  • Check your blood pressure regularly.
  • Drink some water, especially before meals
  • Sleep Like a Baby
  • Nourish Your Body With Real Foods
  • Do not fill your body with toxic food that is not
    acceptable by your body.
  • Bloating is not a common problem.
  • Reduce alcohol consumption
  • Dont smoke
  • Higher Protein intake.

Diet
  • Get a wholesome of protein smoothies and whey
    shakes in breakfast.
  • Plant-based diets and Less dairy-based diets.
  • Drink Black coffee instead of milk coffee as it
    is more energetic.
  • Eat freshly made meals and raw food.
  • Avoid packaged foods
  • Reduce the consumption of oil.
  • Street food is toxicity that goes to your
    stomach.
  • Drink Green tea after a meal at night.
  • Eat small meal at night or either try to avoid
    eating after 7pm.
  • Dont take sugar, try natural sweeteners like
    honey and jaggrey.

Exercise.
  • As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of
    moderate physical activity every day
  • Adults should get around five hours a week of
    moderate exercise.
  • If you are overweight, then go for cardio
    training instead of strength training.
  • If you are thin and want to increase weights then
    go for strength training.
  • If performing Strength training, It's recommended
    that you consume 0.140.23 grams of protein per
    pound of body weight (0.30.5 grams/kg) very soon
    after a workout
  • Strength training is for both boys/girls.
  • For abs, try crunches, leg raises, and scissors.
  • Cardio Training is best exercise to burn belly
    fat. (but with right amount and type of food).
  • To train your legs, perform Squats, Lunges, Calf
    raises and running.

    healthy breakfast is especially important on days
    when exercise is on your agenda. Skipping
    breakfast can leave you feeling lightheaded or
    lethargic while you're working out.
  • Your body will become regular. This can come with
    a lower amount of bloating and discomfort along
    with looking slimmer as well. You'll notice your
    moods are more stable. You have less ups and
    downs throughout the day and may even start to
    feel more empowered in your daily life.
