cold, it is difficult to heat things up normally
of Mica Band heaters. It requires a lot of time
since there is a chance that the heated things

These band heaters are made of good qualitys
Nickel Chrome resistant ribbon and raw
materials. This ribbon which can be moulded into
the desired shape but it takes the shape of a
circle in this heater.
Since the band is uniform, it produces uniformity
while emitting heat too. The hot belt is
resistant to rust and can produce heat up to 250
degree Celsius. While it may heat up an object
easily, on the other hand, it doesnt take up
much temperature too.

With the help of insulation pads built within the
Mica Band heaters, the consumption of power to
produce heat is quite less.
Fit with a bunch of screws, the band heater
consists of a fibreglass wire inside it. It
remains between the inner and outer sheath.
