  • Smoking is a huge risk factor for heart attack
    and of course lung cancer, and tons of other
    health issues that are unbelievable, but one of
    the most important reason if smoking continues or
    to stop smoking will be heart attack.
  • Smoking has such an emotional impact on heart
    that it chops down the blood flexibly of heart.

  • Smoking has such a dramatic effect on heart that
    it cuts down the blood supply of heart.
  • It puts a huge risk of heart attack. If our heart
    is already compromised, it pushes us over to the
    edge.
  • We cannot deny that smoking is also a risk factor
    for lung cancer, and it can also cause tons of
    other health issues.

  • Chronic alcohol consumption can increase the
    risk of developing different cancers, including
    cancers of the mouth, esophagus, larynx, stomach,
    liver, colon, rectum, and breast.
  • Alcohol is mostly metabolized in the liver is
    particularly at risk of damage.
  • Overconsumption of alcohol can lead
    to pancreatitis, a painful inflammation of the
    pancreas that often requires hospitalization.
