  standard calculation for the cement material.
• As per the rule of thumb - 1 cum or 35 cubic feet
  of M-20 grade concrete
• (1 part Cement 1.5 part sand 3 part stones
  chips, the proportion by volume) requires 8.4
  bags of cement, irrespective of the grade
