• Keep the Spices Dry 
• Its advisable to keep the spices dry to maintain
  the flavour and colour. Thus, store it in a dry
  container and dont roast the spices as it will
  retain the moisture.
• Dont use a moist spoon or wet hands to take the
  spice out of the container otherwise it will
  become soggy, lumpy, and lose its quality over
  time.

• Always use an opaque container to store the spice
  to avoid exposure to light as it can fade the
  colour, affect the flavour of the spices, and
  make them age quicker.

• Heat or hot temperature damage the spices and
  decrease its shelf life thus, store the spices
  in a refrigerator.
