Recover or Get More Space on Google Photos.

• Sign in your account and head to
  photos.google.com and then tap on Hamburger menu.
• Tap on Settings and then scroll down High
  Quality.
• When you click on High Quality, you will be
  prompted towards a message Recover XYZ.abc GB of
  storage by also compressing items. You have to
  click on this message.
• Then tap on the confirm button after checking the
  box.
• You will find that to match with High Quality the
  size of the uploaded images will start reducing
  by Google Photos.
• Wait for the message Compressing videos and
  photos to high quality.
• Once completed with the above steps, you could
  opt to change the back option to High quality on
  your mobile. Follow these easy steps for that
• Go to the Google photo app and click on the
  Hamburger menu at the top.
• Move to Navigate to settings then go to Back
  up and sync and then click on Back up mode.
• Click on High Quality.
