INTRODUCTION

diving activities? Scuba Diving is one of the
most enjoyable recreational activities. But it is
very important that you start from the beginning
and learn the step by step process of the scuba
diving. There are many diving schools and
professional institutions that provide the
efficient training on scuba diving.

AGE CRITERIA
Learning the diving certainly depends on your
ability. You need to decide whether you need to
become a professional diver or just obtain the
primary skills of diving. The age is not a
criteria for diving. Anyone between the ages 12
to 70 can dive. The only thing is you need that
desire to learn and you should be physically fit
with a healthy body.

ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DIVING
Before you go to the practical scuba diving, you
need to understand about it.  The first thing you
need to do is to acquire the theory knowledge
about the scuba diving before the practical
sessions. Know about the safety measures that you
need in the emergency situations.  Once you have
got the full theory knowledge about scuba diving,
you need to move for the practical sessions.  At
first the practical sessions will be in the
swimming pools.

PRACTISE AND POOL SESSIONS
Once you are perfect in your pool sessions, then
you will get the license to dive in the open
water. The diving in the pools will give you the
confidence to dive in open waters. It is always
better to do your first dive with a diving
instructor. Because a diving partner who is a
professional can help you lots in your first
diving.
