    as their western counterparts, made beginning
    quite early
  • The first animated movie completely produced by
    an Indian studio was released in the year 2000
  • Since then more than 78 Indian animated movies,
    in different languages have been released
  • Some of these have been quite successful and have
    seen sequels being released
