Hair fall is one among the most widely recognized
worry in our general public usually in both the
genders and all age gatherings. Anybody can
encounter hair loss, However, it's increasingly
normal in men. According to various studies
conducted, the prevalence of hair loss in men is
60.3 whereas in females is 15.3. Losing more
than 100 hair strands a day is considered as
significant hair fall. Though hair loss is a
common cosmetically and psychosocially
distressing condition, it attracted poor
attention and there are limited studies on its
prevalence and its grade in the Indian
subcontinent.

What are the Causes of hair fall?
  • A family history of baldness can be the main
    common cause of hair fall.
  • The hereditary factor can also trigger hair loss.
    Sometimes it may begin as early as puberty.
  • In some cases, hair loss may be a part with a
    simple halt in the cycle of hair growth. 
  • Major diseases, surgeries, or any other traumatic
    events can trigger hair loss. However, the
    regrowth will start usually without treatments.

    pregnancy, childbirth, discontinuing the use of

Naturally At Home
1.  Coconut Milk Apply coconut milk to the scalp
thoroughly. Then cover the head with a towel and
leave it After 30 mins remove the towel and rinse
your hair with running water. This is to be
followed once or twice a week. 
Coconut milk is a rich source of vitamin E and
fats that help to moisturize the scalp and hair
thereby keeping it healthy. The milk has an
abundance of potassium, another vital ingredient
for hair growth. Thus, washing the hair with
coconut milk can help to reduce the breakage of
hair. Coconut oil contains the
same nutrients and hence, it strengthens your
hair right from the root through the shaft to the
tip. Massaging the scalp regularly with this oil

2.  Aloe VeraExtract the pulp of Aloevera from
the leaf.  After washing the hair, rub the pulp
on the hair. Thoroughly massage
the scalp in rotatory motions. Leave it
undisturbed for 20mins and then wash in running
water. This can be practiced thrice a week.
Aloevera pulp penetrates deep to the hair roots
and scalp and plays a remarkable role in
balancing the pH levels.

3.  Neem
Boil 10-12 dry neem leaves in water till the
water is reduced to half volume. Allow the
mixture to cool. Rinse your hair with this
mixture. Rinse the hair with this water after
hair wash. This should be continued once in
every week. Neem is known for its excellent
antibacterial properties, which fights against
dandruff. It also ensures a healthy scalp and
nourishes the hair roots

4.  Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
Boil 4-5 gooseberries in coconut oil till the oil
turns black. Wait for the oil to cool its own.
Then apply on the scalp and massage uniformly.
Leave this for 30mins and wash with
shampoo.  Amla is one among the richest sources
of vitamin C, a nutrient that promotes the growth
and strengthening of hair. Vitamin C also assists
to build collagen that is vital for hair growth.
Apart from this, this helps to absorb iron,
resulting in strong and healthy hair. Amla also
has the property of preventing premature graying
of hair. Consuming the fruit of Amla on a daily
basis is a wonderful remedy to maintain and
strengthen the hair follicles.

5.  Fenugreek seeds
Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Next day
grind the seeds and make a fine paste out of it.
Apply this paste from root to tip of the hair.
and cover with a shower cap. Leave it for about
30 minutes, and then rinse using cold water.
Fenugreek seeds enhance hair growth and checks
in the rebuilding of the hair follicles. They
also make hair shiny, strong, and long.
6.  Egg White Mask After breaking the eggs,
separate the yolks from the egg white. Mix it
thoroughly till you get a thick and even
consistency. Apply this mixture to the scalp and
hair thoroughly. Cover your head with a shower
cap and leave it for about 30 minutes. After that
rinse with cool water and wash with shampoo.
The protein and vitamins present in the eggs
help to retain the essential nutrients for
optimal growth of hair.

7.  Coriander JuiceFreshly chopped coriander
leaves are grounded adding some water. This is
made to a paste and the juice should be extracted
from the same. Apply this to the scalp and hair.
Leave it for an hour and then wash it with
shampoo. This is to be done in the morning before
taking a bath. This remedy gives excellent
results and should be done twice or thrice in a
week. The herb makes the hair soft and promotes
hair growth
