About Us
Jit Chan DDS Associates is a dental practice
located in the little village community in
Chicago where we have been for more than 20
years. We offer a complete range of dental
services, from simple routine check-ups to full
mouth restorations including oral surgery,
implants and orthodontics. For your convenience,
our team of doctors perform almost every
procedure so that you can have your work done
all in one place. Call our office today to
schedule an appointment. Dr. Chan is a General
Dentist. He practices full phase dentistry
including oral surgery, implants, and
orthodontics. He graduated from Northwestern
University Dental School in 1993. Dr. Chan
regularly attends continuing education seminars
locally and nationally every year to keep up-
to-date with the latest advancements and
technologies in dentistry to provide the most
optimum care for his patients.

C L E A N I N G S
Regular teeth cleaning (Prophylaxis) is
recommended to remove tartar (mineralized
plaque) that may develop even with careful
brushing and flossing, especially in areas that
are difficult for a patient to reach on his own
at home.
Dentures and Partials are prosthetic devices
constructed to replace missing teeth, and which
are supported by surrounding soft and hard
tissues of the oral cavity.
Dental fillings are used to restore the
function, integrity and morphology of missing
tooth structure. Usually, that results from
cavities or external trauma.
