Sleep Early
  • If you have to get up early in the morning then
    you have to make some changes in your everyday
    habits.
  • Put the habit of sleeping early in the night to
    get up early in the morning. Turn off your phone
    one hour before sleeping.
  • Early sleeping gives your body time to get enough
    sleep and you do not get tired in the morning, so
    you do not even have to laziness.

Keep the alarm away from you
  • You use the alarm clock to get up early but it is
