About This Visa

• Partner Visa Subclass 309 and 100 allows the
  partner or spouse of an Australian citizen,
  Australian permanent resident or eligible New
  Zealand citizen to live in Australia. You apply
  for the temporary and the permanent partner visas
  together.
• The provisional Partner Visa Subclass 309 is
  temporary while Partner Visa Subclass 100 is
  permanent. The temporary provisional 309 visa is
