Introduction of Stainless Steel Tubes
  • Stainless Steel Tubes are created from stainless
steel round billets by several hot and cold
processes. The processes that are used in the
production of stainless steel pipe and tube are
    seamless, centrifugal cast, longitudinal welded,
spiral welded, press brake fabricated and roll
formed fabricated.  The major uses of stainless
steel pipe and tubes are in oil, gas,
petrochemical industry. It is also used in
pharmaceutical, dairy, food and beverage industry.

304/304L/304H/304LN Stainless Steel Tubes
  • SS 304 Seamless Tubes is one of the most dynamic
and commonly used stainless steels provided by
us. It is composed of an austenitic chromium
alloy which is also known as an 18/8 stainless
having composition of 18 chromium and 8 nickel.
The chromium content helps to resist corrosion
    and oxidation.

904L Stainless Steel Tubes
  • SS 904L Tubes which are commonly used in
applications to resist high-level corrosion and
also provide resistance to stress corrosion
cracking and crevice corrosion. SS 904L Tubes are
non-magnetic and offers excellent toughness, weld
ability, and formability and by adding copper
to SS 904L Tubes it is made resistant to strong
    reducing acids.

347/347H Stainless Steel Tubes
  • SS 347H Tubes is stabilized against chromium
carbide formation by the addition of columbium
and tantalum. They are slightly tougher than
grade 304 steel. However, the hardenability can
be minimized by the use of constant positive
    feeds and slow speeds.

321/321H Stainless Steel Tubes
  • SS 321 Tubes that offers excellent resistance to
general, overall corrosion as the un-stabilized
    chromium-nickel Type 304. Maximum stabilization
in 321H Tubes is accomplished by annealing
    between 1750 Degree F and 1850 Degree F.

317L Stainless Steel Tubes
  • SS 317L Tubes is known for its excellent
resistance to thermal fatigue and intermittent
heating at high temperatures. It has low magnetic
permeability and good toughness. Stainless Steel
317L Seamless Tubes is capable of maintaining
toughness and strength even at sub-zero
temperatures and is developed for usage in
    elevated temperature corrosion resistant
    functions.

310S Stainless Steel Tubes
  • Stainless Steel 310S Seamless Tubes is capable of
maintaining toughness and strength even at
sub-zero temperatures and is developed for usage
    in elevated temperature corrosion resistant
functions. SS 310S Welded Tubes is designed with
iron as the base metal allowing it to take on two
crystalline forms depending on its temperature
and is often used at cryogenic temperatures.

316/316L/316Ti Stainless Steel Tubes
  • SS 316 Seamless Tubes which is of an austenitic
grade having 2-3 molybdenum which helps in
    improving corrosion resistance, having
particularly higher resistance to pitting and
crevice corrosion in chloride environments and
are used in the industrial, architectural, and
    transportation fields.
