Introduction of canon

  cameras, photocopier and computer printers.
• Its headquarter is situated in Tokyo Japan
• There are four founders of this company and they
  are takeshi mitarai, gora yoshida , saburo uchida
  and Takeo maeda
• This company was founded in 10 aug 1937

Specify the printer sharing setting in print
server

• Go to control panel
• Click printer and other hardware
• Click printer and faxes
• Select canon ip4200
• Click sharing in file menu
• Click if you understand security risks
• Select enable printer sharing
• Click ok
• Select share this printer
• Enter name in share name
• Click ok to close properties windows
• Confirm that the following icon that indicates
  that canon ip4200 is displayed

Check computer name on computer server

• Right click on my computer and click properties
• Check computer name on computer tab
• Add printer that will be shared with the client
• Snap PC name
• Snap printer symbol and click ok
• Add printer wizard
• Install printer driver
• Select record to introduce printer driver
