It Makes Sense Now Than Ever To Invest At Dwarka
Expressway, Gurgaon
When location becomes the prime barometer of
pricing and appreciation of property values,
then, it becomes quite essential to own a home
next to an upcoming national highway,
particularly at this time when many investors are
staying away due to a soft market. Time has
proven the fact that most judicious investments
are made when others arent interested to own
that particular asset, be it - gold, stocks,
bonds or real estate. Several years ago, Dwarka
Expressway, a 27 km upcoming road project between
New Delhi and Gurgaon became an alternative
route to clogged NH-8 and is supposed to reduce
the travel time to reach Gurgaon. Dwarka
Expressway (DEW) is also recognized as the
national highway by National Highway Authority
of India and taken over by NHAI to expedite its
completion. And, within the proximity of this
highway, certain sectors are recognized to be
habitable locations of future. Hence, the
investment made on Dwarka Expressway residential
projects will be the best decision towards the
future. Over the years, Gurgaon has seen dense
development, which made the travel difficult on
National Highway 8 between the city and Delhi.
Dwarka Expressway, a proposed 150m wide road,
came as a respite to frequent commuters who will
avoid busy stretches near the already established

Minister of Road Transport Highways (India),
Mr. Nitin Gadkari, recognizing Dwarka Expressway
as an important infrastructure development in
the NCR region, declared it a National Highway in
2016, plaguing this road project was of land
acquisition in certain pockets. The status of a
national highway allows the government to take
the necessary steps and get more cooperation
from various bodies. Upper Dwarka Expressway
region will be the big beneficiary of these
better sentiments, where Sobha City is
located. Sobha City at Sector-108, Gurgaon, will
be at a comfortable distance (2 minutes) from
the upcoming National Highway and makes one of
the best residential project in Dwarka
expressway. MAJOR PROGRESS TOWARDS GURGAON
LEG The Gurgaon leg of the Dwarka Expressway
(nearly 70 of the road) is more or less
connected today. One can drive on it, and notice
the rapid rate of development and improved
connectivity taking place in this area.Major
infrastructure activities are under progress,
such as water pipelines, power sub stations, and
sewage facilities. One of the significant leap in
this direction was, the claims of oustees were
settled, which a major hold up until now was.
The section from Kherki Dhaula to New Palam
Vihar, which briefly comprises of 16 km stretch
of the Gurgaon section, has already made
operational. Also, Dwarka Expressway has seen a
signification development in this stretch by the
completion of Railway Over Bridge at Sector -99,
Gurgaon. MAJOR PROGRESS TOWARDS DELHI LEG The
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has
taken over the Delhi Link from Delhi Development
Authority (DDA) and the land acquisition by
Urban Development Authority of India (UDAI).
Further, NHAI ensures to expedite the completion
of the Dwarka Exp ressway.There was another

troublesome patch of 900 meters. on the Delhi
side, which has been successfully attained.
Being one of the ambitious projectand additional
upcoming public infrastructures, the Dwarka
Expressway has emerged as one of the most sought
after residential destinations of Delhi NCR.
Hence, to make an investment in Dwarka
expressway projects will always be a good option
in the future. RESIDENTIAL PROJECT DELIVERIES

Exhibition -cum-Convention Centre is recently
approved by the

cabinet for Rs. 25,700 Cr. at Sector-25, Dwarka.
The Diplomatic Enclave 18-hole Golf Course is
already planned in Dwarka. Apart from these,
several service apartments, retail spaces,
schools, and hospitals are also seen under
constructionat various places along the upcoming
Dwarka Expressway. Palam Vihar area of Gurgaon
has all the necessary provisions that a family
needs and this area is already connected to t he
Upper Dwarka Expressway (location of Sobha
projects). Sobha Ltd., with the delivery of a
