A Quick Summary of How We Work
Dashboard Optimization Project
Day 1 Client called us to check whether we can
help them in reducing the loading time of their
Tableau dashboards. Day 3 We identified the
scope of improvement, things to redesign and
steps for the optimization. Day 7 Dashboard
loading time reduced from 1-2 minute to 7-10
seconds for all the dashboards. We are working
as helping hand for visualization for this client
since last 1.5 years.
Tableau Architecture Re-design
Day 1 One of the Singapore based insurance
company called us for monitoring the work done by
their vendor using Tableau eco-system. The tool
and the environment were new to the client team
hence they wanted to be sure on the deliverables.
Day 3 The design and implementation issues
were identified and conveyed to the vendor. All
the stakeholders agreed on the new deliverables.
Our team closely monitored all the deliverables
and helped our client to setup Tableau server and
environment for business users. Overall 45
dashboards were restructured, architecture was
re-engineered and dashboard efficiency was
improved drastically within 21 days.

A Quick Summary of How We Work
Visualization Consulting
Day 1 Indian branch of one of the fortune 500
company called us for a dashboard optimization
requirement on Dundas tool. The tool and the
environment were new to the client team hence the
built dashboard was taking 15 minutes to open a
report. Day 2 The Environment compatibility
issue was identified and solved. The dashboard
started loading in less than 10 seconds. The
client requested us to help them on the Dashboard
re-design part. Day 4 2 Dundas dashboard
designs were changed drastically and presented to
the business team. Our team got the appreciation
with a new dashboard design and development
project for developing 300 new dashboards from
scratch. We are working as visualization
Engineering Partner for this client since last
1.5 years. Delivered 300 Dundas dashboards as
per the client requirement and moving to the
support phase. Based on our deliverables, we got
Dundas delivery partnership since May 2018.
Customized BI Solutions
One of the US Based African company called us for
an end to end analytics solution starting from
Data capturing, processing till dashboard
development using D3JS. Our Team built the
required applications from scratch, created
required dashboards on the captured data and now
we are moving in data analytics phase of report
where advance charts and predictive analysis will
be used on Insurance Data. We are working as
Engineering Partner for this client since last 6
months. Delivered 1000 hours of consulting work
and moving to the Analytics phase of the project.
