Talen Singer is the founder and owner of the New
Motion Fitness Athletics, the Published Author
for Techniques Magazine, the Certified Coach, is
a veteran in his field with all the perks of
knowing strength and fitness coaching.

Talen Singer (Pole Vault Coach) founded the New
Motion Fitness Athletics in 2007. Since then,
NMF has provided the highest quality personal
training and client service in a multitude of
setting.

Not only our training skill sets range from basic
mobility and movement screening to high
performance but also provide programs geared
specifically to increase the quality of life. We
have more than 10 years of relevant training
experience with populations over 55 years of age.

Talen Singer (Track Coach) is certified to teach
Biology, Environmental Science, General Science,
and Anatomy and Physiology. During his period as
a Biology teacher in Phoenixville Area High
School (1999 2006),

Talen proved his excellence by securing the Whos
Who of Americas Best Teacher Award consistently
from 2001 to 2005. He was the schools Head
Track and Field Coach and became the President of
the Coaches Council.

From 2007 2018, Talen Singer served as the
Assistant Track and Field Coach at Villanova
University. During his time, he worked in program
development for all aspects of a division 1 track
and field programs, and designed programs to
rehab and prevent injuries.
