  81st year starts or when 80th year gets

• Seemantham
• Seemantham is a pregnant womens ceremony
  performed during the seventh month of pregnancy.
  It is an ancient ritual celebrated by the
  pregnant womans parents to take blessings from
  elders for safe delivery. This function marks as
  a celebration for her fertility. Pregnant womans
  desires will be fulfilled by family on this day.

• Gruha Pravesham
• Gruha Pravesh is a ritual followed by
  Hindus. On this day the owners and family members
  enter the new house at an auspicious time. The
  ritual is done to drive away any ill effects of
  planets or any evil force. There are some
  important poojas or Homas conducted on that day.

• The first ritual in the process of marriage
  is celebration of the Nichayartham (Engagement).
  There are two types of Nichayarthams. The first
  one is a legal contract between the families of
  the groom and the bride which is entered into by
  the elders of the family well ahead of the
  marriage. The second Nichayartham is a religious
  ceremony and usually takes place on the day prior
  to the Muhurtham.

• Shashti Abda Poorthi is done on completion
  of 60 years of lifespan. In an individuals life,

  Shastipoorthi. It is the best time in a person's

• Upanayanam is the Samskara or the ceremonial
  rite by way of which a young boy is invested with
  the sacred thread Yajnopavitam and initiated into
  the process of learning by the preceptor or
  Acharya of the Gayatri the Holiest of all
