• If no light appear, detach the PSU connection
  from the system board, press and hold the power

  be a problem with the power supply.
• If still there is no issue, then the power supply
  needs to be checked.

  be a problem with the power supply.

  reboot the system. If it fails to boot, check the
  CPU socket for any damage.
• Install a working CPU and then check the system.

• Download the current version for BIOS from the
  official website of Dell.
