    your laptop, the user needs to consult the
    diagnostic indicators built into every Dell

  • Remove the AC adapter from the Dell laptop. Allow
    it to drain the power.
  • Plug it back into the working outlet and press
    the Power button.
  • Now, reset all the internal cables and replace
    the system board.
