MYSORE PAK RECIPE IN GUJARATI મૈસુર પાક Ingredients to make ( Ingredients to make Mysore Pak Recipe in Gujarati ) 1.1 કપ બેસન (ચણાનો લોટ) 2.2 કપ ખાંડ 3.2 કપ ઘી 4.1/2 કપ પાણી How to make મૈસુર પાક એક કઢાઇમાં 1 મોટી ચમચી ઘી ગરમ કરો, તેમાં બેસન નાખો અને થોડી મિનિટ માટે મધ્યમ આંચ પર શેકો. તેને એક બાજુએ મૂકો. બીજી એક કઢાઇમાં ખાંડ અને પાણીને ભેળવો. એક તૃતિઆંશ ઘટ્ટ થાય ત્યાં સુધી ગરમ કરો. શેકેલું બેસન થોડુ થોડુ કરીને મિશ્રણમાં નાખો અને સતત હલાવતા રહો. બાકી બચેલા ઘીને બીજી કઢાઇમાં ગરમ કરો અને તેને ધીમે ધીમે રંધાઇ રહેલા બેસનમાં નાખો. થોડીક મિનિટ માટે રાંધો અને મિશ્રણને તેલ લગાવેલી કઢાઇમાં નાખો. મિશ્રણને તવેથા વડે સમથળ કરો. તેને ઠંડુ પડવા દો અને મનગમતા આકારમાં કાપો.
