  • Starting at 5 in the morning waking up to the
    beautiful chanting, waking up the lord in the
    temple signifying waking up the lord in you and
    bringing the positive and balanced state of mind.
    This is then followed by tea and Karma Yoga.
    (ebrand14618vs) After that a session of Bhagavad
    Gita class with Swamiji himself, then asana class
    with Jaya based on the B.K.S Iyengar style.
    Breakfast is then served. After that students
    have free time for self-study, cleaning and
    personal hygiene. Lunch is then served towards
    noon followed by rest. Afternoon self-asana
    practice and a session of Pranayamas, Meditation
    and Kriyas. In the evening Swamiji teaches
    Patanjali Yoga Sutras, followed by dinner,
    self-study and lights out by 10pm. Course Dates
    1st November 2018 to 28th January 2019
