functional training room is certainly a stand-out
in Sport Natural, where the strength and
conditioning, HIIT and movement classes are
conducted. The long opening hours also means you
can always make time to get your training done,
and if you also need to relax in the sauna or
cafe after the team will make you feel right at
home.

TRAINING Sport Natural has great spaces for
classes and free training. The downstairs room
primarily used for crossfit is a motivational
room that has to be experienced. Their great
classes in a full range of disciplines also
include judo, yoga, pilates and dance to name a
few.

CLASS BOOKING

• You can arrive early and request a spot in a
  class, however bookings are recommended to avoid
  disappointment.
• Class cancellation minimum duration is 2 hours.
  Booked classes that are not attended by the
  member, resulting in a No-Show will attract a 20
  fee. Memberships will be put on hold until this
  is paid.
