Barrenness is turning into a broad issue and
thousands of couples the world over are
confronting assorted issues which require cutting
edge arrangements. Aveya
3
IVF and surrogacy centre in delhi India thinks of
some best in class medicinal methods to handle
the hardest of therapeutic issues prompting
barrenness. Surrogacy comes up as a plausible
answer for the ladies who either don't have an
uterus at all or their uterus isn't sufficiently
solid to convey a full term pregnancy. Ladies
beyond 40 years old years can likewise be
reasonable candidates for surrogacy in India and
so can be gay couples. Surrogacy is a convoluted
method which requires a lady to go about as the
surrogate mother for a couple, which implies
that she needs to convey their infant in her womb
till conveyance.
This includes a lot of legitimate and budgetary
confusions and Aveya is the place to trust to
handle every one of these issues to flawlessness.
At Aveya, there are some driving specialists in
the field of richness treatment, which gives the
center a notoriety for a high achievement rate
in different procedures including gestational
surrogacy and conventional surrogacy. You've
come to the right place if you are asking, "What
is surrogacy?"
4
Surrogacy is a method of assisted reproduction
that helps intended parents (IPs) start families
when they otherwise could not. Intended parents
pursue surrogacy for several reasons and come
from different backgrounds. All intended parents
work with a gestational surrogate, a woman who
carries a child to term. There are two types of
surrogacy arrangements gestational surrogacy and
traditional surrogacy. Circle Surrogacy only
provides gestational surrogacy arrangements,
which means the gestational carrier has no
genetic connection to the child. Through in
vitro fertilization (IVF), embryos are created in
a lab (sometimes with the use of an egg donor)
and are transferred into the surrogate mothers
uterus. In a traditional surrogacy arrangement, a
surrogate becomes pregnant with the use of her
own eggs. Prospective parents interested in
building a family through surrogacy are
encouraged to work with an agency to ensure a
safe, legal, and organized arrangement. Here is
a general overview of the steps in a surrogacy
journey for intended parents.

EyeFem. Intended parents request a free
consultation, which can be held via Skype,
telephone, or in person. A member of our staff
will reach out to the intended parents, asking
them to fill out the parent questionnaire. This
form provides our team with the necessary
information to devise a specialized plan moving
forward. If IPs decide to move forward and
officially sign on with Circle, the parent
questionnaire then acts as their parent profile
and assists with the matching process for
finding a surrogate and egg donor. IVF Centres in
Delhi will provide you one of the best
treatment. Upon joining our program, IPs are
assigned a Program Coordinator (PC) to act as a
guide throughout their surrogacy journey. PCs
help prepare intended parents with their egg
donor match and surrogate match. They also
facilitate communication between intended
parents, surrogates, and donors. PCs also
coordinate with third-party agencies, such as
IVF clinics, travel agencies, and insurance
companies. With the help of our staff, intended
parents, surrogates, and egg donors are matched
and agree to the terms of their journeys
together. All legal contracts are signed,
typically around the time of the donor and
surrogate medical screenings. Egg donors and/or
surrogates complete their respective IVF cycles,
which may include an egg retrieval and/or
transfer depending on the nature of the
situation. All procedures take place at the IVF
clinic chosen by the IPs, and all planning is in
place to ensure that the IVF goes smoothly and in
line with the necessary period of time.

years of age. Typically have a Body Mass Index
(BMI) of no higher than 33. Calculate My BMI. Is

the United States. If a surrogate is a legal

7
Live in a surrogate-friendly state in the United
States (we are very sorry but we cannot accept
gestational carriers who reside in Washington,
Nebraska, Louisiana, Michigan, New York, New
Jersey). Has a valid drivers license. Has the
support of her family. If married or partnered,
the surrogate must have her partners support.
Also, the surrogate and her partner/primary
support person must agree to participate in a
social work screening. Is financially
secure. Leads a stable, responsible
lifestyle. Is willing to travel for IVF process.
Please note, often these trips include overnight
stays. Does not use illegal drugs, smoke
cigarettes, or abuse alcohol. In routine IVF,
eggs are placed in a laboratory dish in culture
media together with prepared sperm. The eggs and
sperm are allowed to spontaneously fertilize
overnight. The fertilized eggs then develop in
the incubator until the embryo transfer
procedure, which is usually performed 3 to 5 days
after the egg retrieval. Intracytoplasmic sperm
injection (ICSI) differs from IVF in that each
egg is individually injected with a single sperm
using a tiny needle under microscopic guidance
(Figure 4). The resulting embryo is then cultured
similarly to an embryo produced in a non-ICSI
IVF treatment. Akanksha Mishra is a Consultant
at Eterna IVF Fertility Clinic. Ex. Senior
embryologist Lilavati Hospital IVF Centre,
Mumbai, Maharashtra.
8
ICSI was initially introduced by the IVF team
working at the Brussels Free University in
Belgium. At that time, assisted fertilization was
being attempted through insertion of the sperm
under the eggshell (zona pellucida). The Belgian
group took the extra step of injecting the sperm
not only under the eggshell but actually into
the middle of the egg itself. The first ICSI
pregnancies were reported in 1992. Since then,
tens of thousands of children have been born as a
result of this unique procedure.
Both ICSI and non-ICSI IVF have similar pregnancy
rates and outcomes. The embryos produced by
either method should not be considered to be
superior to those created with the other. ICSI
is simply a method to ensure that the egg is
fertilized. ICSI is a safe and proven IVF method
that does not increase the likelihood that the
child conceived in this way will have a birth
defect.
