The steps are as follows-

• First of all, make confirm that the power status
  of your laptop is on or off
• Now verify the connections and discard any power
  cable to link to the AC adapter directly to the
  AC outlet
• Check your AC adapter that it will not be damaged
  or it may be working properly. Check it by
  plugging in another device to it
• Plug all the cables properly and also check the
  connection between the System adapter brick
  check whether there is any physical damage to the
  cables, plugs or not

• Discard the system from any docking station or
  port replicator
• Disconnect all the external devices
• Displace hard drive or memory module
• Withdraw ultrabay device if have attached any
  device from your system
• Disconnect the communication Daughter cards and
  Mini PCI.
• After doing all these steps wait for at least 30
  seconds and then reconnect the devices and power
  sources
• In the end, reinstall each device one by one.
