2017. Sunideas is a startup firm that focuses on
information technology innovation.

Prior to this, Paul Kwan worked at many
companies. He served as a Regional Chief
Information Officer at Maybank Kim Eng from April
2015 to April 2017.

He also served as a Chief Information Officer and
Head Technical Support at Millenium Partners. He
was associated with the company for more than a
decade.

Paul Kwan grew up in an ordinary grassroots
family in Hong Kong and migrated to Canada after
completing high school. He moved to different
countries over the years to gain professional
experience.

On the education front, Paul Kwan earned B.Sc,
Computer Engineering from Queen's University in
1987, M.A.Sc Computer Engineering from the
University of Toronto in 1990, Professional
Engineer, Peo (Canada) in 1992, The Canadian
Securities Course (including CPH) 1995.
