Private Duty Home Care

• Registered Nurse to supervise and oversee all of
  the clients needs
• Certified Home Health Aides, educated
  homemakers/companions
• A Registered Nurse makes supervisory visits
• Services may be in the patients home, ALF or a
  hospital setting
• Services are based on a 3 hour minimum with a
  service agreement, not a contract
• Services are available 7 days a week/24 hours per
  day/ 365 days a year
• Respite Care available

Medicare Guidelines

• Medicare covers 100 without any deductible or
  co-pays for all home health care services, which
  may include all or part of the following
  homemaker services, personal care
  assistance/attendant, pest control, home
  delivered meals, and emergency response systems
  to name a few.
• This means ALL SERVICES ARE FREE TO YOU!
  Receiving these services will not affect services
  and/or income you currently receive.
