towers and shopping malls have got a new
definition. Renovation experts reveal that the

commercial spaces into multi-floor buildings has

into family living rooms, balcony or terraces
of a multi-story luxury building.

Consider the following parameters before
constructing a pool on upper floors
Design- Like the design of every other suspended
component, the design of pool on an elevated
level should be detailed and accurate. It should
take care of the floor beneath the pool's surface
on high priority while fulfilling the
basic functional requirements like durability,
strength, stability, water pressure,
stress, vibrations and resistance to internal and
external forces. The expertise of a
water engineer will hold equal importance to that
of an architect-engineer

Support- The structural support frame of the
building should be able to support the beams of
the pool accurately, be it cantilevered or simply
supported. It is crucial to connect the decks of
the pool to these beams because the pool
decks carry the concentrated load.
Position- A well-positioned pool floor promotes
structural balance. To balance the weight of the
pool equally, its floor should be fixed properly
on its beams.
Damp Roofing- To prevent moisture from passing
into interior spaces, consider doing damp roofing
on internal and external parts of the pool, which
otherwise will ruin the other constructs.

Water Tide Control- The structural set up if the
pool's water pipes should be architecturally
unambiguous. The system should be able to control
water pressure and flow so that water does not
spill out and keeps the stability of
the construction intact.
Insulation- An efficiently designed pool will
contain adequate insulation so that the
vibrations and noise produced by pool components
do not disturb the neighboring rooms.
