  • January is that time of the year when you feel
    motivated to make a change and stick to it. But,
    motivation can easily wither away as year goes on
    and it no longer feels like beginning of a new
    year.Undoubtedly, diet and fitness changes are
    among the most common New Years resolutions and
    it is one of the busiest times for gyms. Research
    shows that most of the resolutions are abandoned
    within a couple of weeks, but we have come up
    with a plan which will help you stick through
    your fitness goals in 2018

Identify your Trigger Foods
  • Identify certain foods which you cant
    resist and then make it a point not to cut these
    foods out of your diet because that will make you
    crave those more. So, instead of avoiding your
    favorite foods, make it a point to eat small
    portions once or twice a week. Set a goal to eat
    healthy food 95 of the time.

Set Realistic Goals
  • Start with small changes at an initial stage.
    A realistic goal would be to work out 3-4 times
    per week, meal preparation and stick to a healthy
    nutrition plan. Dont think about the end goal
    but rather take each day as they come. Also, the
    changes you begin to make must fit into your
    lifestyle.

Manage Your Time Well
  • When you start a new routine, time management
    becomes a little difficult. Keep a water bottle
    and gym bag in your car all the time so you can
    workout when its convenient. Early morning
    workouts can be great, as they motivate you to
    make healthy choices throughout your day.

    will keep you motivated as you start to see
