  fixed charge over certain of the investments
  purchased by the company out of the proceeds of
  the issue, which will terminate when the cash in
  the designated deposit account is sufficient to
  repay all the bonds in issue and the interest due
  on them. The charge will be administered by an
  independent FCA regulated trustee. Secondly.
  profits generated by the companys investments,
  less certain overheads, will be paid into a
  designated deposit account, or sinking fund,
  managed by that trustee.
